Terms and Conditions of Hire
·
The inflatable should be located
away from any potential risks to children bouncing off it and to the inflatable
itself, e.g fences, railings, prickly bushes, etc.
·
The inflatable should be located on
a level surface which is clear of sharp objects and dog mess. The securing pegs
and ties should not be removed.
·
The safety mats provided should be
placed at the front of the inflatable.
·
The blower, cable and plugs should
be prevented from getting wet.
·
Children with medical conditions
which may put them at risk of injury (eg brittle bone disease or temporary
injuries) should not be allowed on the inflatable.
·
Play on the inflatable must be
supervised by a responsible adult at all times. As the Hirer you are responsible for any injury or damage
occuring whilst the inflatable is on hire to you.
·
The inflatable should be deflated
when not supervised or in use.
·
Shoes must be removed before playing
on the inflatable.
·
Children should not be allowed to
climb the walls of the inflatable.
·
Toys should not be taken onto the
inflatable as they may cause injury to children if fallen on or damage to the
inflatable.
·
The number of children playing on
the inflatable at any one time should be limited to a safe level, appropriate
to the size of the inflatable and age of children.
·
Inflatables are intended for the use
of children under the age of 14.
·
Having older children on the
inflatable at the same time as younger children should be avoided.
·
Delivery and collection time of the
inflatable will be agreed between Happy Days Hire and the Hirer but is
usually:Delivery - before 12 noon, Collection - after 6pm.
·
The size and location of any leaks
should be notified to Happy Days Hire at the time of collection.
The Hirer understands that they are responsible for
the equipment and any loss of or damage to it whilst in their charge.
